In June 2008, we worked with partners in Germany for a project: 300tons by air to Spain. The suppliers are located in different cities in China, from Guangzhou, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Yuyao, Xiaoshan, to Suzhou, Nantong, Qingdao, Weihai etc. Incoterms mainly are FOB local airports, like FOB Guagnzhou, FOB Xiamen etc.
Our proposal is: to pick up cargo from all stations to Shanghai by truck, and moving cargo to FRA by direct flight, then FRA partner arrange trucking to the consignee’s bonded warehouse directly.
Totally 300tons air shipments were moved within 10 weeks. We provided very good service not only to overseas customers but also more than 30 China suppliers. A daily KPI report was sent to consignee and Frankfurt partner, everything was fine controlled.

B. Buyers consolidation for samples

One importer,but have more then 50 suppliers over China, even located in Nanning, Zhijiazhuang, and Xi'an. Our option is moving all goods via hub in Shanghai. Based on good cooperation with local courier and internal air freight forwarder, we can pick up cargo at any places with reasonable price. Meanwhile, if all samples were collected to Shanghai, we can make consolidation to reach high weight break. A daily KPI report also was sent to German partner as well as final consignee, therefore all partners involved are informed in same time.

C. Good partner-ship with agent

Based on HQ in Shanghai, we provide airfreight service not only from Shanghai, but also from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hongkong, Xiamen, Fuzhou as well as Beijing, Tianjin, Dalian, Shenyang and Qingdao, Hangzhou, Nanjing of cause. We even handle airfreight shipment from Singapore, Korea and Japan to Europe for European partners! Because our good reputation can helps us to gain very strong support from local partners.
